I'm BiPolar, and just going into a deep low after the most Manic 15 weeks of reckless stupidity.
I have out of body experiences I think.
I also clearly see a nice me and a nasty me and can change from one, to the other in seconds.

Hard moment for you. Were u taking medications?
Being Bipolar is awful,and living with a Bipolar person is even worse. Please for your sake and your love ones, get on medication.

i am the same way. sometimes i can be nice, then my moods change to where i am angry, or i am depressed so i can relate to how you are feeling.
One minute i am happy the next minute i am jumping on my boyfriend and feeling restless and anxious
