Distorted Vision, Sweating, Jerkiness / Jumpy, Numb Face

On TOP of 

- Tinitus 

- Extreme Light headedness (Falling, as opposed to Spinning Dizzy)

- Pre-Syncope (Nearly Passing out) 

- Drop In Blood Pressure / Heart Rate

Can A Vestibular disorder cause any of these? 

We started down an ENT Path, and dismissed Meniere's and BPPV, and have been down a Neurology, and Cardio path, (Literally dismissing everything includeing MS and Auto Immune diseases) 

I'm actually "Starting" a year later, to feel something SLIGHTLY behind my ears, like I want to "Pop them" alot. but, at this point it could be coincidence or Psycho Sematic. 

Can an Inner Ear condition actually cause Sweating, Distorted Vision, Nerurocardiogenic Hypotension (That's where my Heart rate and BP drop) 

My Symptoms are so "All over the place" an ENT says it doesn't fit for Ear Disrorder, Cardio has done full cardio work up, Echo, Halter Monitor, EEG, my BP and HR is always good "At my appointments" and Neurologist has dismissed everything, as ALL tests (And I've had every one) seem to come back Normal, no MS lesions, no Auto Immune indication. 

In the meantime, No one is acknowlediging, or treating my Symptoms, they will only treat a "Condition: they can diagnose, see on a test result, and I may as well be living, disabled by this, in the 1800's .

Have you looked into Vestibular Migraine?

My path Started from Cardio >> Neuro >> Endocronologist >> ENT >> Allergist >> PT

Going forward with Neuro-otologist  and neuro-ophthalmology, nothing identified.

All of your symptoms matches except Drop In Blood Pressure / Heart Rate, I have little eveveted blood pressure.

Yes my ENT said that because I don't suffer extreme Spinning / Nausea, and this condition has remained static for a year, without ever completely letting up, that it can't be a Vestibular Migraine, as I would have complete remission at times, that my symptoms would seldom ever last more then a few days at a time.

Its hard to tell but the inner ear problem may not cause the other symptoms. But the anxiety and panic attacks can cause some. My BP is all over the place at times. During attacks i seen 165/100. When in hospital in June for surgery it was so ralaxing i seen 108/65. They didnt even have to give me my BP meds for a week. Lol. I also seen every specialist there is. Cardiologist,ent, even a endocronologist. All said everthing was fine. Just started BP meds a year ago. smallest dose of lisinipril there is.

Have you ever heard of a dysautonomia condition called POTS?

I belong to a large community of chronically ill people and a lot of them talk about it and how not many doctors know about it. You may want to research into it some more as I'm not a doctor but it sounds like it could be related.

Here's some information::

"hile the diagnostic criteria focus on the abnormal heart rate increase upon standing, POTS usually presents with symptoms much more complex than a simple increase in heart rate. It is fairly common for POTS patients to have a drop in blood pressure upon standing, but some POTS patients have no change or even an increase in blood pressure upon standing.1 POTS patients often have hypovolemia (low blood volume) and high levels of plasma norepinephrine while standing, reflecting increased sympathetic nervous system activation.3 Approxiamtely 50% of POTS patients have a small fiber neuropathy that impacts their sudomotor nerves. Many POTS patients also experience fatigue, headaches, lightheadedness, heart palpitations, exercise intolerance, nausea, diminished concentration, tremulousness (shaking), syncope (fainting), coldness or pain in the extremeties, chest pain and shortness of breath.1,3,4 Patients can develop a reddish purple color in the legs upon standing, believed to be caused by blood pooling or poor circulation. The color change subsides upon returning to a reclined position."

How old please and gender? Still, it sounds like an autoimmune disorder of some sort.

Hi Hayhue. Thanks so much for your reply. My Neurologist cleared me for POTS based on the following. 

- Neurocardiogenic Hypotension only happens Never when "Changing position", (Happens in the middle of a 20 minute walk, or while I'm sitting, remaining in position, or "Generally standing around"

- No Nausea.

- No Shaking / Tremmors

- No Shortness of breath

- No Pain (of any type) 

Just numb nerves in Face, Legs, Sweating, Distorted Vision, Tinnitus, Extreme light headedness, 24/7 Standing, Walking or Sitting.

Could be some type of nerve damage injury in the neck or somewhere on your spine. Have you been x-rayed on your back & neck to see if you have any bulging disc? A friend of mine had similar symptoms from a bulging disc in his lower back and occiptal neuralgia. Suffering from these horrible symptoms, he opted to have surgery. The tinnitis went away a little, but the other symptoms are gone. Now he just suffers from lower back pain but all his other symptoms similar to yours are gone.

MRI showed very little disc bulging, and was ruled "Underwhelming" by Neurologist. "Not enough for surgery"

Have you tried chiropractics to see if maybe adjusting your back helps?

The Chiropactor I go to twice a week, alternates between adjuetments and Laser treatment on the nerves in my back. 

I also do Accupuncture once a week and I do Physio & Light Cardio, every day that I am able.

Extremenly Raw Vegetable and fruit heavy diet, with lots of protien, Vitamins every day, No Caffeen, No Sugar. 

The Sweating and Jerkiness (The newest symptoms) seem to be getting worse.
