Disturbing dreams,these have been ongoing for 9 months,or so

Have been getting strange,unwanted dreams.Normaly i would dismiss them,but they are like a living nightmare,i iwake up exhausted and very low. I have bipolar,but it is controlled with lithium. any ideas? many thanks, Richard And have a good Christmas..(not too close now!!!!

how did you find out about bipolar

although bipolar is not an issue for me now,i wa diagnosed about five years ago.Now managed.
