Ive been getting dizzy a lot im getting worried that I have a head tumor. The dizziness will go away a few days & also come back. The dizziness came back on Thursday when I forgot my glasses & had a panick attack in class I was so dizzy. Yesterday I got dizzy around 4pm it comes and leaves and its back this morning Doctor told me my ears are fine so im thinking its an illness or a tumor. I dont get my blood results until this coming monday. Advice please I dont even want to go out anymore because of this dizziness and anxiety
You're doing the right thing by going to the doctor. Do you have any other symptoms? Tumors don't usually present with one symptom. Also dizziness isn't even one of the top symptoms. My mother in law had one and she had a TON of symptoms. Also, she lived through it. She's 100% fine. Don't Google tumors. Whatever you do. GOOGLE ANXIETY. You will be amazed at the symptoms it can cause.
Just be aware that anxiety can cause dizziness. I've had moments of barely being able to stand...and once you have a panic attack it only gets worse. Try to relax. I'm not a doctor, but it sounds a lot like anxiety to me. You're doing everything you can by seeing a doctor and you can trust that you will be taken care of.
Dizziness is not a typical symptom of brain tumor. You have anxiety and panic which causes dizziness.
You need to calm down or the dizziness will continue.
The only symptoms I really have is anxiety symptoms & yes when I panick it only gets worse & ive stopped googling too. Thank you lots take care
Thank you Jan

I would suggest you get your Blood Results and see how they come back.
Also I notice you have glasses, sometimes if we forget to put them on we will get headaches and sometimes dizziness. If you have not had your eyes checked over two or three years your lenses may be in need of replacement. You will need to make that appointment if that is the case.
If you are suffering dizziness, Anxiety can cause that as well especially if your Blood Pressure has risen because of it or sometimes if you get up out of bed or seating to quickly, the blood will be short of time because you have been at rest and the blood pressure was lower than normal. This is quite common, it normally lasts a few seconds until the blood pressure recovers to normal. Sometimes the ears can cause problems with balance and this is normal if you have an infection or the ears need washing out.
If you are overweight this dizziness can sometimes be caused by that over shortened periods. You need to be very overweight normally for this to occur. I gather you are young so this will not possibly be the case.
Anxiety is a real problem and the thoughts of having Cancer is quite common. You have been checked over and you are ok.
All I will suggest is, and it works for me is if you feel you are worried regards Health Matters, Anxiety consider the problem you think you have, look for something simple that could be effecting you, in life it is rare we have something serious, So look for something straight forward you can treat at home. Ask the Chemist if it is something like a cold etc before rushing to the Surgery. You will find you will become responsive over time to your health needs. That will give you encouragement and increase confidence. If something lasts over an extended period make your appointment.
For example I awoke two mornings ago with something caught in my eye, I did not go to the Doctor as I was on Holiday, I washed out the eye and next morning the eye was clear although still sore. Today the eye has recovered, so I have treated the problem myself and moved on.
Good Luck
BOB

Have you tried increasing the amount of water you drink? Dehydration can cause dizziness, along with a lot of other symptoms that lead to more anxiety.
Just a thot. Helped me.
I will try that, thank you
