I had my 1st cataract surgery in November and the 2nd on February 13th 2021. I am feeling dizzy. I am afraid my brain cannot neuro adapt to the trifocal Pan Optix implants. Is anyone else having this issue? My eyes are also very dry since the surgery. Any advise?

Have you had a follow up with the surgeon to see if everything with the lenses and implantation?

After you first IOL implant did you have any issues? Not only did you have to neural adopt for the different focus point of the Tri-Focal but for the different images sent to the brain from the Tri-Focal and natural lens.
How is the image quality from the Tri-Focal at all distance; far, intermediate and close?
Also if you close one eye at a time how is the visual quality? If the images from each IOL are too different you can get stereopsis.
Do you get dizzy all the time or under certain conditions?
How is your vision as far as dysphotopsias go?
What is your Opthmalogist suggesting. If he is not giving you answers then I would look to get a second opinion from a Top Opthmalogist.
You might need to give it more time to adapt.
Yes, I did. He simply said it’s not the implants. I also get headaches over my eyes. Never had this problem before these Pan Optix toric implants.

If it is the headaches only it could be the adjustment to light. cataracts filter that a d once removed not uncommon to be sensitive to light. I wore sunglasses inside for many weeks. However headaches could be caused by a diopter difference between eyes and not yo be ignored and especially if you cannot see well. The surgeon needs to do a closer slit light examination. If he keeps saying all is well and you are bot satisfied if it were me i would have my optometrist do a refraction test to see if they can correct with glasses (perhaps wring power calculation on part of surgeon). You could also seek put another surgeon’s expert opinion.
