Dizziness and pressure in the back of my neck for one week now does any of you ladies experienced this?

Ok so that is what that was. I have the same thing for a week now. I guess it is a new symptom that I can just add to the other crap. My one good week has now shrunk to a few days a month where I can do anything. Doctors are useless they run test after test and no conclusive diagnosis. Yes, they do look at you as if you are bonkers! I am keeping a journal, so when my daughters go through this decades from now, they will have a reference point because I wish someone would have informed me EXACTLY what happens and that NOTHING helps. Each time I think I have a handle on things something new pops up. Hot flashes a bag of ice on my back is the only relief.
