Dizziness due to long term medication

Hi Ive been on lansoprazole since 2020. Last Thursday I started to feel dizzy, not room spin but an unbalanced feeling. I also have an underactive thyroid gland diagnosed in 2017 due to glandular fever. Ive been Ok for around three years. However now I believe Ive been on lansoprazole for too long since around February 2020 I read long term use can reduce magnesium levels to cause dizziness. So due to covid I have just been getting repeat prescriptions for over a year. Up to last Thursday I have been completely fine. Any Advice would be helpful. I am currently on 100mcg of thyroxine 30mg of Lansoprazole 10mg of Propranolol. I also take a multivitamin, Vitamin B complex, Magnesium 250mg at night and Hemp oil pill. Like I say was completely fine until 22/04/2021. Now I feel dizzy/unbalanced that's the only symptom at present. I stopped taking Lansoprazole as of yesterday to try and see if the dizziness goes away
