This happened all today when I'm working out in the cold inside my room. I exercise at home doing cardio and strength training for a week and for 45 minutes. When I started working out, half way in I feel like I might pass out of nowhere and I had to sit down and relax to calm down as I feel my heart is racing. And now I'm panicking and worried what could be causing this. I have been depressed lately so could be my anxiety. And I also feel weak and sick inside like I just want to sleep all day. I make sure I normally eat enough before I workout to avoid fainting. So I don't think I'm too low on energy to stop me from staying fit.
it could be your anxiety, which can cause those symptoms. it could be other things also. sometimes people are low on electrolytes such as sodium, calcium, potassium, etc.i’m not sure your age, but When’s the last time you had a physical check up with your doctor? it would give you peace of mind. Also you can try relaxing your mind to bring down the anxiety and see how you feel.
