My headaches have stayed the same but now I’m starting to feel dizzy. It’s 3:30 in the morning for me. Could this be a brain tumor? Please respond ASAP.
I think that dizziness does not only come from a brain tumor. you should not stress unnecessarily. The reasons may be many, and it seems reasonable for me to go to the doctor and do the appropriate research

Dizziness could mean a few things. My daughter cannot take IBUPROFEN anymore bcuz it makes her dizzy half the day.....I get headaches & Sometimes i feel dizzy. ..Maybe it just comes with the territory ya know. Headaches Can make you have Blurry vision. Etc....You will be fine. Go see the DR. if you feel like you need to. 
Doesn't seem like reason for concern just now. Anxiety often causes dizzy spells.
Why it do you think that you've obtained the fear of a brain tumor. Do you know anyone whose suffered or have any family history of it?
My dad is a cancer doctor so I gues I sometimes hear some scary stories and think I have one of the worst possible cancers.
