hi girls and guys. hope u all have had a fab Christmas. today I just got really dizzy felt like I was gonna pass out. my family is sick as theres a bug going about so maybe ive caught it off them and just got the dizziness. also due my monthlys on the 28 of this month could that be it ? It really scared me. I thought something is wrong. also haven't taken my prozac in a few days because I got an ecg and stopped taking it because I was getting heart palpitations and thought the medication was why. could I b getting withdrawal sorry for all questions just really freaked out x

Take a deep breath and calm. The chances are you are dizzy from all the rushing around that Christmas brings. You may/may not have a bug type thingy.
The fact you havent taken your meds may contribute to it but from own experience Im generally fine for a few days if i miss one. It sounds like sheep panic so try and calm down and see how you feel over the next few days. Ring your doctors tomorrow and seek advice on stopping your meds. They may advise you to start them again x

that happened to me a few days ago while shopping . i almost passed out while paying and after rhat ive been anxious just scared bc of that and sometimes when i go on walks ill get lightheaded
