Dizziness upon waking and health anxiety

Like the title says I've been experiencing dizziness whenever I wake up in the morning and it progresses throughout my work day. Lately I've been experiencing dulled Sensations on the right side of my head, along with aches all over my head. I had a bad panic attack back in March that landed me in the hospital, and since then I've been stressing myself out checking my pulse and googling any symptoms I feel. It's gotten to the point where I broke down crying after work. How do you cope with this when stress is caused by health anxiety?

I'm really sorry you're going through this, but I know exactly how you feel. I got to the point where I was crying all of the time, exhausted from all of my symptoms, and just overall scared. Have you been to a doctor? I hate that question, but I'm curious if you have been checked out, or maybe prescribed meds?

I go in on Wednesday, I found out that my dizziness was due to trigger points in my neck, through experimentation. As for my heart/vascular health, idk. I won't know until next week. I've been taking L-Theanine, omega-3 supplements and vitamin b12

I didn't wind up going to the doctor. It wasn't until I was at work today that I had a bad ache in my left leg which kicked off my health anxiety, causing me to feel off balance and tense. The leg ache went away after 10-30 minutes but I'm still off-balance.

Hmm. How often do you get episodes of anxiety now?

With my health anxiety, I get weird symptoms all of the time. Leg pain can be from numerous things, most being harmless.

One thing I think of, is maybe your spine is out of place. It can cause pain all the way down to your toes. And also if your neck is out of place, it can cause tension, dizziness. And of course so does anxiety. Let me know how you're doing! Anxiety is a crazy thing. But you will probably feel a whole lot better once you tell a doctor your symptoms.

Almost everyday, and it's more noticeable at work. I'm thinking either my spine or neck is out of whack, too, because none of this started until after I began walking and exercising, and the fact that I need a new mattress might play a part. These feelings of dizziness go away after I massage my trigger points and I don't feel them as much in the morning when I wake up anymore, though I still have headaches right on my brow and (possibly) behind my eyes.

Well that's (in a way) good to hear. Pressing on pressure points are helpful. If you can find them on yourself thats great. Also, look up pressure points. There's some hidden ones that most people wphldnt think to press on. As for the anxiety, do you only want to take herbal supplements to help? The ones you are taking are really good! But sometimes you need a little extra. I dont like to push for medications but for some people (like me) it was essential. I tried to do without, but anxiety can get out of hand if not treated. I do, however, like to push on drinking herbal teas. Naturally caffeine free. Teas like nettle leaf help calm you down and also lemon balm helps restore the nervous system (the nervous system gets a little worn with a lot of anxiety) which in return, you feel a lot better emotionally.

I've tried taking medications for anxiety once, had a bad reaction to them, being sensitive to said medications does not help either. Might give those herbal remidies a try, though.
