so ive been dizzy for days from what i *think* is remeron withdrawls. but i went to a concert last night and everyone was smoking weed, a LOT of weed. and i got super dizzy and anxious at one point and i never calmed down, and my dizziness never went away. i DID sleep though. im still dizzy, and its so bad that when i close my ehes and open them the world spins. what could this be? im so anxious and scared. would the dizzy spells from remeron withdrawls be getting better? because mine seem to be getting worse. could it be anxiety?? im so scared. how long does it take for prozac to kick in... i csnt bandle this much longer. im only 15 and all i do is worry about my health, to the point where i had to be admitted into a psychiatric hospital.
Could be vertigo caused by any combination of weed, alchohol, medication, etc.
even if i didnt smoke it myself? could it be caused secondhand?? because ive just started Prozac, and i was around several people who were smoking weed last night.

I highly think its still your withdrawls from Remeron. I stopped taking Trintellix for my depression in mid July and still experience some lingering symptoms though not as much as before, and one of those symptoms is dizziness/off balance sensation. Sadly, its not well known how long it takes for the symptoms to go away. Some are lucky it lasts a month while others like my case are three months in still with some symptoms though not as bad as before. I’d say go to your dr for reassurance though, if they don’t find anything wrong organically, then know its just the withdrawl.
