Does anyone get dizzness from anxiety if so what helps I dont take meds so I do it natural
Unfortunately it comes with the territory. I have been suffering with anxiety since beginning of March. Never issues in my 38 years of life then it hit me like a truck. Horrible. The dizziness is what actually started first. Then the shaking/tremors, fatigue and constant anxiety/worrisome thoughts. It’s hard to make it through everyday. I have been doing talk therapy once a week. It’s helps somewhat. I’ve ventured down the medication route. It was horrible. Tried three meds that all had terrible side effects. So no meds for now and trying to cope the best I can. Wish I could find something all natural that actually works for anxiety. But when I get dizzy from anxiety I try to ignore it. Seems like when I move fast it makes the dizziness worse so I try to move slow. Sometimes I have to lay flat for a while. Doctor gave me a pill for dizziness. It helps a little. But only gave me 10. Guess it’s for short term use? Don’t know what next steps to try for myself but I wish you the best in coping with your anxiety. It’s no fun but reading others experiences and input is somewhat comforting.
Yeah I'm 38 to and it started in march to but I have had this five years ago with anxiety it never goes away which is the s****y part .maybe get better for a few years than bam again I have ativan but I dont take it I cope with tapping solution it helps . but my thing is always worring about health issues which I need to control . Ughhh I used to get this ALLLL the time with my anxiety. It hasn't been happening lately though (*knock on wood*) now I'm at the super tense/stiff neck anxiety symptom lol.
When I had the dizzyness it pretty much lasted all day. It just felt like I was on a boat and like swaying all the time. Sometimes I'd also get that head rush feeling like I stood up to fast. But I realized it was anxiety related bc every time I was distracted or not as anxious it would go away. I think that helped get rid of it bc then I didn't feel as scared of it. But as I said, a new symptom took it's place. Oh the joys of anxiety! Haha
Yes I know I use to get pulpitations than I wasn't scared of them as much because I was told everyrhing is good with my heart and it was anxiety related now dizzness took over just wonder what will take its place
