hi all lately ive been getting dizzy and having palpitations after my evening meal, ive been having some anxiety issues since july and ive cut out triggers such as coffee and booze which i used to have alot off. ive had lots of recent heart checks ecg, echocardiagrm and all come back fine. only thing ive not had checked is angina but im only 39 so id hope that would be ok. could this be anxiety? its strange how its after each evening meal. im 39 fairly healthy non smoker. slightly raised blood pressure is my only issue. 139/80 ish.
Maybe it is coincidence or it could be the time of the day specifically. Having high sugar content is bad for you, and sometimes it effects someone down the line, its like alcohol is something that causes problems later in life, and really effects the digestive system. It could stem from lack of sleep, or it could be the anxiety symptoms. Whatever the case is you can change the situation by looking after your health. Decrease sugar content and get lots more rest when feeling dizzy that day, it could also be a lack of water, or food.
