Dizzy before period?!

I'm going on 9 years with the same dizziness issues(motion sickness, dizzy all day every day, can't fly, etc) It seems to get worse 1-2 days before my period.

Already had blood work done, Im good.

Any other ladies have this issue?

Am bad today 1st day and sooo dizzy swaying migraine just awful yet last week was doing so well 😞

Take ativan .5mg......it has been a GODSEND!
