Dizzy, smelly, and glucose levels

Hey everyone, I hope that someone out there can relate. I'm pretty sure I've been in perimenopause since about 37-38. I'm 42 now. My periods are light and I have battled anxiety and depression for the past few years. I seem to be changing some toward more physical symptoms, including being dizzy, I smell horrible (like a teenage boy) and I've noticed that although I am in the normal range of glucose levels, it's on the very high end. So I think that 100 is the top, and mine has been 90, 92, and 88. At 88, I was taking an herbal supplement that helped with glucose levels. My blood sugar seems off too; anyone else? Thanks ladies for any advice you have. Just reaching out makes me feel better; like I'm not alone! I wish everyone the best! This is a tough time for us!

I haven’t been officially diagnosed - though I’ve had strange symptoms (most are listed as Peri symptoms) for months. I too have noticed an extreme difference in body odor, my armpits smell pungent! I have been losing a lot of weight and have a really light period as well. Who knows what’s going on. But I wish you the best of luck!

Have you seen your doctor for this? It seems there’s a million reasons why our bodies change smells and blood sugar levels change.

I think I started around 37/38 too. That’s when I began getting menstrual migraines. I am 45 now. I have moments of seemingly random dizziness. I also noticed that I smelled terrible. I don’t think anyone noticed, but I did. I don’t check my glucose levels, but there are times when it randomly feels low. xo

Yes! Mine started with struggling to keep weight on too. I smell rough (under my armpits and sweat)! Thanks for the feedback; and yes, saw doc with little answers
