Does anyone get dizziness with Costochondritis and just feel totally washed out ☹️
Totally washed out yes as the pain is continual and exhausting, not dizzy but perhaps the pain relief that you are using could contribute to some lightheaded ness ? I feel your pain, I resorted to a fantastic TCM practitioner and have been having acupuncture and taking Chinese herbs this is the only thing that has brought me relief in 7yrs, horrible condition to have to live with 😊
Yes I used to be dizzy mine has gotten better I went on a gluten free diet to help get rid of inflammation, I ve went off of it now

Gluten can cause inflammation and my naturopath told me to try just cutting out bread pasta and cereals to see if it helped and I feel thats what gas helped me
I did and doc tested b12 which was very low at 98. Totally wiped me out
