I quit smoking seven days ago.and have been feeling dizzy and very weak.is this normal withdrawal or could it be a side effect of the patches

8 days smoke free now .stopped using patches yesterday cos I thought they may be causing dizziness and weakness in legs.seem to be less weak today but still light headed
