Can you expect the same healing rate between both cataract eye surgeries? ex...one eye sees no starburst and sees crisp clear one day after, while other eye didnt have same experience..
Hello ayeaye, I had my cataract surgeries in 2018 Mar and April about 30 days a part. My right eye was great , I could see clear as a bell immediately after the procedure. The left eye took awhile for my vision to stabilize. I had some issues with floaters and secondary images. It took a full 6 months to a year for the left eye to be fully acceptable. It’s been 2 years now since my surgery and both eyes are clear as a bell. I do need “readers” but intermediate and distance vision both day and night are great. I would give it some time to stabilize. I was a bit depressed that the left eye was not initially progressing like the right, but it all worked out in time.
thanks for your reply! I k ow exactly how you feel because I feel the same. 20/20 in first eye the next day..one week later ( actually 2 days ago I had my 2nd surgery) and no where near that. You know u get all excited your first eye came out 20/20 soo soon you expect same results just as fast!@
