I have been taking 10mg for week now, After coming from holiday i learned that my mother is sufering with cancer, and since that day thinking about death getting old, now taking the 10mg at night i bearly sleep 3 houres, and in the morning feel very tired, just wish i was happy like before and don't want them thought on my head.
I too have had many thoughts about dying. I'm hoping the meds will help but am also trying mindfullness. It helps focus my thoughts away from those that worry me, the things I have no control over. I hope you can find a way of making the thoughts go away Xx
I am trying, i think medication is working but is like up and downs Plus filing tired i get not much sleep maby 3 houres, i am hopping i will be back to normal. How long you been on citaroplam??
I was told we need to give it 6 months, I've only done 2 so far. Hang in there xxx
I was told 4-6 weeks!!! long way for 6 months 😕, how about sleeping are you sleeping ok? My self trying to sleep and i can not! I dont have any thouhgts or bad dreams, i just can not sleep .
I'm waking after 3 hours, lie awake for 2 then go to sleep again. I am finding mindfullness can reduce that time awake, do look into it, you can find guides on the internet
