ive been noticing these scale like ridges on my vagina. does that indicate anything? i also have white discharge that smells but like it goes in and out of smelling. the discharge is like milky but more watery. it has gotten better since 2 weeks ago but i have been rubbing coconut oil on it everyday. i havent had any itching or pain but i do have to pee frequently, no pain during urinating as well. my hymen looks a little torn up or shredded if that makes sense (pics attached). you can see more bumps near my vaginal opening. 
could it be bacterial vaginosis or a uti ?
