Hi. I'm currently 15 weeks pregnant. In the past week I slept with 3 different guys. One being the father of my baby who is for sure very sexually active and never uses protection . I slept with him first. We had sex 3 times within 3 hours and it was very rough. The next day I slept with a different guy. Just once and everything seemed normal. On the third day, unanswered and I also used vaginal spray . I slept with the third guy and also unprotected . I'm currently itching really bad on my lips and almost inside my vagina. My lips are swollen and its a little red down there. When I wipe there is a little blood from me scratching. All this started about 4 hours after sleeping with the third and final guy. When I found out I was pregnant, I was treated for bacterial vag. I know it could be anything and I plan on going to my OB within the next few days. I'm thinking its the spray be cause there is no smell or discharge. But it could be worse. An opinion is welcome.
It sounds like you may have contracted it from either the first mail or the second mail because the third male it would have been a little longer than just four hours before you noticed any outbreak if it was herpes. Go get a swab test from a doctor to find out for sure if you have genital herpes because if you do then you need to make preparations for the baby and prepare for a cesarean section
You may not have an STI (you can get BV without sex), but you should get tested, and I'd also recommend not having sex without condoms, even with the father, especially if he has other sexual partners. The more people you have sex with without condoms, the more likely you are to pick up an STI, and STIs (or BV) can complicate pregnancy.
You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.
