It looks perfectly normal! It still doesn’t mean there’s nothing wrong and the only sure way of knowing is to get tested.
Common symptoms of STD include the following, and if you have any of these you should definitely seek medical advice instead on relying on the forum:
a. New onset genital ulceration (open sores) and blisters
b. New onset genital lumps or bumps
c. Lower abdominal or pelvic pain (which worsens during sex)
d. Recent change in vaginal discharge, especially if especially heavy/copious, blood-stained, malodorous, itchy or discoloured yellow/green
