I have had unprotected sex three times(i know that im wrong for having unprotected sex). I am now 18 years old. Literally like 2 hours after having sex i noticed 4 whitish red bumps right under the tip of my penis. It could possibly be irritation from friction. The last time i had sex i was irritated from friction. It has now been almost 4 weeks and the bumps have not gone up or down in size neither have they spread to surrounding areas. I have noticed sometimes that my penis like tingles at random times. The problem is my parents would kill me if they even knew ive been having sex so I cant really go get tested right now. It does not burn when I pee or when i masturbate.

Do these bumps look like tiny little pimples about to pop? Also if they are herpes they have an unbearable itch that you cannot resist. The tingling sensation does sound like herpes but I could be wrong the best bet is to go get checked by a doctor to find out for sure.

Which country are you in? If you're in the UK, you can get tested without your parents knowing. You don't even have to give your real name? I'm not sure you actually need to get tested though.
And unless you're in a settled relationship where you know your partner is using contraception, or you're both happy for her to get pregnant, then use condoms. Every. Time.
