hello, after much research i think i have parafrenular glands/tyson glands/ pearly penile papulae because i have no itch, no burn, and didnt notice them until a couple of weeks after recieving just oral sex. after looking through some nude photos i had take prior to the oral sex i seem to have noticed the parafrenular gland. i also asked the person i received oral sex from if they had anything and they seems certain that they didnt. also it was just oral sex so not sure how i wouldnt caught a seeious std specially because we had been kising for longer than the oral sex lasted and there was nothing like herpes on my lips or anything.
it wont let me attatch photos but they look like all the google images for parafranenular glands expect smaller but are in the same location and are symetrical, not cauliflower like and are lined up in a row of three
