I am a 29M and would like to know if have any condition. I am a virgin and I have recent blood tests that show no major complications.

Baliantis. That’s possibly what it is. You have not described any symptoms or pain or given additional info. Please elaborate.

I do not have pain in the penis area. I think I started noticing my skin on penis head to be this way after I used soap on my penis head with skin pulled back there years ago. It seemed to make my condition worse.
