Hey, I'm not sure what condition I have on the head of my penis. I've had a look but I'm not sure what it is and how to treat it.
Its not itchy or uncomfortable but it doesnt look good.

You don’t have any disease. I don’t see any problem. It is just mildly irritated glans.
Use warm water to clean your penis. Pat it dry. Apply coconut oil.
