Do I have external hemorrhoids or something else?

Me: I'm 24, female, overweight. Currently anemic with a Vitamin D deficiency. Currently on 25 (was 50) 2x metoprolol tartrate due to fast heart rate from the anemia. I'm not sure if any of this is relevant, but figured I'd add it in here. Background: I started having constipation in November which has gotten better with fiber gummies and has been attributed to the anemia/vitamin d which was found out soon after the constipation issue. Didn't take my gummy vitamins for a few days. I don't remember how much time I was spending straining but probably at least some. Event 1: My anus felt UNCOMFORTABLE. Almost like there was something attached to it and I was constantly aware of it? I felt all of these weird lumps. I hadn't used the bathroom for a few days but then I did and a lot of the discomfort went away. There was still a lump, but it no longer had the 24/7 constant feeling of something being attached to my anus. I had been on my period when I first noticed, if that matters. Currently: There is one lump that is hard on my anus and I noticed nearby there is a little bit of raised tissue that is soft, but isn't really in a 'lump' form. But there is one clear, distinct, lump. It DOES NOT hurt. It got me worried because when I was googling it seems like everyones lumps bleeds and is painful. Mine isn't painful, but it does make my whole anus itchy. Mine doesn't hurt to touch or in general (including when using the bathroom) but sometimes it is uncomfortable to sit and I have to adjust. Short list of symptoms: - had constant feeling of attachment, went away after bathroom - currently 1 hard lump that is PAINLESS and does NOT bleed - a few spots next to it of soft tissue I did experience bleeding occasionally when wiping in the past (months ago at this point) and attributed it to hard stool or something. I've attached a few photos (they're dark/bad because its hard to get but hopefully itll help) but basically, what do you guys think? I'm super embarrassed to ask to go to the doctor (my mom gets all of my medical stuff) so I'd like to avoid it if its treatable at home.
