i was having unprotected sex with my partner and it was very rough and it had been a while since i had sex so i thought i was just sore. I would go pee and it would burn no itching or anything. a few days later i took a mirror to see what was going on inside and i saw three small white sores. kinda resembles canker sores. i get cold sores on my mouth but never anything like this down there. i am so worried & went to the dr to get a swab and im afraid it is herpes & im afriad i passed it to my partner :(
from this photo you can see an abrasion in the middle but the photo is not clear to understand the problem. many users have trouble uploading photos in comments so you might want to make a new post with sharper photos. however, do not worry because it shouldn’t be anything serious
