I had unprotected sex with a girl I barely know, couple of weeks ago. About 12 days later I started feeling tingling and stingy on my penile shaft. It also tingles a bit when I pee. It's been close to 4 weeks since the first tingle and the situation is still the same. Also about a week earlier, this tingling, stingy feeling has moved to my butt as well. Now it tingles, itches more in my anal region than on my penis. I don't see anything visible on my penis barring a small wart as in the first pic and don't feel anything visible near my anal region as well. What is going on?

I think it could be Herpes, however I have something similar in my foreskin but wihtout any symptoms and the tests was negative so Im not sure.
You should see your doctor and take a STDs test.
