heres a quick background:
In February i had three sexual encounters with 2 different women. all was protected and exposure wasn't significant (i didnt last long as i couldnt stay hard). no oral sex was involved. last encounter was Feb. 19.
I had a bad case of mono and EBV (confirmed in multiple tests). while the doctors were testing me I was negative for IGG herpes test, but slightly positive for IGM (1.25). The tests did not differ between HSV1/HSV2. There was no rashes or symptoms of HSV so they did a PCR blood test- this came out negative for both HSV1 and HSV2. Upon this test, the doctor said I didnt likely have HSV as the IGM has cross reactivity with EBV. All this testing was done last week of March (5-6 weeks post exposure). However, ive heard that without the swab, a PCR blood test is useless.
This friday i developed a few dots on the shaft in my penis (maybe 4-5). Small clustered dots that aren't very noticable and aren't oozing anything or blistering. When i shower they go away and then come back. It itches a little, but i am not sure if the itching is psychosomatic. there is ni pain or burning.
right now im just very concerned if this is a herpes case which came out while my immune system was weak.
any thoughts are appreciated.
