so it started itching and tingling and the red spots were there then i used Monistat because i was thinking it was a yeast infection and it cleared up but then i went and had protected sex and around my opening it was sore and abit burning and the next day i looked and saw these red spots againFile size is too big but as of right now they don’t bother me with itching and tangling but i feel two lumps on each said of my vagina lips File size is too big

could be an ingrown hair..
You can also get sores from a vaginal yeast infection. But you should see your gynecologist to check for sure
