I had met this girl maybe a month or two ago. I’d say a week or so after we had intercourse I saw one circular open sore in the region where my groin and testicles connect. I didn’t really get scared because it was small and wasn’t accompanied by any pain, burning, or tingling. Maybe in the next two weeks I noticed 5 more small sores clustered around the first one while I was in the shower. The sores never filled with fluid and never scabbed or crusted over during the healing process. The sores hurt for maybe a day and a half after the shower but the pain was only on the scale of 3/10 and healed fully in about 10-12 days. The girl did get tested maybe two weeks after we had intercourse and told me she tested positive for Chlamidiya. It wasn’t from me since she explained to me that it was definitely from a guy she met 2 weeks before she had met me. I’ve included pictures when I first saw the sores, could this possibly be shaving irritation, allergic reaction, a symptom from the chlamidiya, or genital herpes? I haven’t had sexual intercourse with anyone else since Ive had these symptoms

In my opinion that area would be extremely rare for an outbreak let alone a primary outbreak. Hair bearings area like that and scrotum which have thick skin aren’t as prone to contracting HSV. It doesn’t look like HSV either so I don’t think you should be overly worried.
The above is based on everything I have read about HSV2.

Thanks for the info, you’ve helped calm my anxiety down a bit. I’m still not quite sure what this is so I’m going to get tested this week. Nothing has appeared on my penis/genitals. The clusters only appeared between the inner gap where my thighs and genitals meet
