I have sexual intercourse with my girlfriend using condom yesterday and a few days ago. Today I found out these red spots on my penis gland and foreskin, they are painless and doesn't cause any pain when I touch them. I'm an uncircumcised male. There is no pain when I pee or when I pull down my foreskin.
