I’m quite worried and anxious about what these red spots on my shaft and penis, they do not hurt nor burn. I don’t feel them either. although I feel like my penis is smellier than usual. Quite musty. I recently had oral sex with one of my exes a few days ago and i feel like i caught something. can anyone explain what these spots look like? herpes?!
sounds like a fungal infection id go to doctors have them swab the sores could also be herpes
