no its been like this for 4 days now i shaved last night because i thought having to much hair would be the problem and when i shaved i had all these little pimples .
i shaved last night and well its been like this since last friday

No, it doesn’t look like herpes. There is a bump with every hair follicle. That’s not how herpes presents. This could strictly be friction induced irritation or possibly from shaving etc. If you want to be safe, go get it checked out anyway! I’m sure they’d have recommendations no matter what it is. Some clinics are out there that have free services.
Looks more like razor burn/ingrown hairs, but it doesn’t hurt to take a doctors visit just to ease your mind!
