i guess its due to rough sex
Hello
I’m from Italy
Your penis looks similar to mine. After a relationship that I had in 2019, in November, I had a balanitis, with an inflamed and red penis, this only for a few days, then everything passed. From that day on I started to feel the skin of the glans a little strange in erection, as if it were less elastic. In the meantime, I masturbated a lot and cleaned myself with wet wipes. In November 2020 the situation gets worse and my glans becomes dry, not extremely dry, but still it gave me concern. Throughout 2021 I saw 8 doctors, one of whom told me that I had lichen sclerosus (diagnosis denied by the other 7 doctors) and gave me cortisone cream, which burned my penis and worsened the situation, therefore I suspended the cream to cortisone. The other 7 doctors told me that it has nothing pathological, but all due to trauma (past masturbation) and the use of too many creams. Many told me not to apply any cream at all, while the last doctor who visited me only told me to apply an emollient cream, called Elage, this for 4 months. I have just finished the first month of treatment, a little bit seems to be better, but now I do not understand if he is making progress. I have done all possible tests for sexually transmitted diseases, including skin swabs, urinalysis and sperm analysis, and uroflowmetry. The doctors I saw were 2 urologists, a family doctor, and other dermatologists. Nobody understands exactly what he has, but it seems to me that he can’t get through. I haven’t done the tests for herpes, but at this point I have to believe it is, I have to figure out what to do.
