Do I have HPV or HSV? And what should I do?

Ive just noticed that these little things inside of my vaginal and it hurts when I touch it I was wondering if I have HPV or herpes ???

I have the same things as you since 2 weeks, but doctors can’t figure what I have…For the moment the swab was HSV negative but the gynecologist told me that swabs can be false especially when you don’t have a lot of “spots”, I will do an HSV2 blood test later…

they look like vestibular papillomatosis they are not herpes but benign skin growths that grow around the vaginl opening and labia

there not herpes so the test will be negative there is no fluid inside these spots as they are skin growths and not blisters

i also have the same thing and my dr told me that it is herpes bt mine is still.not cure after takimh valcyclovpir for 5 days i’m so.stressed can some one help for this … can some one who have similar thing like that and also.done with hpv pap smear tets plzz tell.me i dont know what it is i makes me feel.so depressed and crazy ..
