Hi, so this wound happered somewhere around 3/4 days, can this be cancer? This never happered before on me.
lol why you think of cancer right away?That looks like a canker sore(cold sore) i would gargle warm water with salt and baking soda few times a day.it will just go away ,if concerned go see your doctor.
I agree - looks like a cold sore virus (herpes simplex) - get some anti viral cream from the pharmacy (Zovirax or similar) and if it doesnt clear up, see your doctor
