Do I have Peyronie's?

I am a 19 year old who is worried that I might have Peyronie's disease. For the past few months I have noticed a weird band around the circumference of my penile shaft. When I first saw this I was quite concerned and I immediately went to google for answers. I soon found out about this condition called Peyronie's and it scared me a lot. Some days the indentation is not too bad and/or obvious but some days I notice it a lot even when flaccid. I am very concerned and don't know what to do. I also don't know if it is serious or if I should see a doctor because I really don't want testing if I don't need any testing to be done. If there is anything that I can do myself to try to fix this or if there is any other causes that might be responsible for this please let me know. Thank you

You're a bit young for Peyronie's, and what you describe sound like something else.  How close to your glans (the "bell end" or "helmet" is this weird band?  If you want to add a picture, you need to be on a PC or laptop with a large window.  If you are, then you should see some extra icons towards the top right of where you type, and the right hand icon (which I think is supposed to look like the sun over hills) will add images.

The pic I've attached here shows the icons:

Your description doesn't include that there is a bend in your erection so that your tip points up or to one side, which is my understanding of the effect (and problem) of Peyronie's. I don't think Peyronie's would include a 'band around the circumference'. I'm wondering whether you have been circumcised and that, if so, this band is part of this issue. Also, Peyronie's is caused by scar tissue developing at the site of an injury (often sustained during intercourse with vigorous thrusting especially in 'woman on top' position).

More description, or better still, a photo (as ml66uk suggests) would give us more to go on.
