Do I have Peyronies Disease?

I don't know if I have just ED or Peyronies too? I have problems with natural erections and they're not strong. The problem is the base of the shaft gets hard but the upper half doesn't. Hence my penis bends downwards. BUT when I try to masturbate and jerk my penis a little the erection is completely straight. I have difficulty maintaining erections, but nevertheless the erections are completely straight. If I had peyronies shouldn't the bend be permanent. Can you straighten the bend in your penis If you have peyronies diesase? Also, and more importantly, I feel the top half of my penis is blocked as I cannot pull on my penis. Like when you're lying on your back and the penis is erect and is resting on your belly, you can pull it straight as an arrow. I can only slightly pull on it and feel like the nerves are blocked. I cannot feel any lumps and they are not visible to me. There is however a thick cord like vein stretching from the bottom of the shaft and midway going around the penis. Do I have peyronies? If so why are the porn induced erections straight? Does peyronies heal itself? I know I should consult a urologist straight away but anxiety has got me questioning whether I have peyronies. I am really worried about it since I am not sexually active and am only in my early twenties. It has been causing me great depression thinking I will never be able to have sex. I have been feeling so down about it. I just need to know whether this condition has any chance of improving at all? Please help.
