Hi all , I'm 37 from 7 month I have urgency of urine, pain in tip of peins ,dysuria then I take tavainc for 5days then I will be good , the symptoms are return after month try cipr and tamsulosin the urgency are go away but the pain is continuous but mild . Try saw pallmet for 6month till now my urine stream are good but some times pain after urinat and ejaculate especially no water intake enough and when eat chilies 3 doc says it's prostatitis case and im on tavanic for 1month and saw pallmetto the condition is stable but I afraid when stop tavanc pain are return

It does sound like an infection, but may not be prostatitis as these symptoms are the same as an infection in the bladder.

All tests are neg. Urine ,prostatic culture. May be congetion ??

It could be non-bacterial prostatitis. This can be very difficult to get rid of. I haven’t had this myself so I hope another responder who has can help you out. Good luck and good health! (I’m not a doctor!)
