In December/January I had scabies, I used the cream twice, a week apart. And a few weeks later I was completely fine, no itching and all the bites and marks and stuff had gone. But now the behind of my right thigh has started to feel itchy and i have the little red dots on my ankles/top of feet again like last time. I haven't been out of the house at all due to lockdown so I am baffled, is this scabies and how have I got it again when I've been in contact with no one and I was completely scabies free for 4 months. Thanks.
Unlikely if you haven’t been in prolong physical contact with anyone.
They don’t hide in the body for 4 months and there’s no evidence it can survive outside of the body for 4 months.
Has it spread since you’ve spotted them?
