Do I have scabies? Please help.

Hi there. I am a 14 year old male and I recently have seen little small bumps popping up on my right hand. at first I thought this was some sort of infection due to my goalkeeper gloves, but the rash seems to have spread. There are now bumps on both of my inner thighs, my right hip, and near the head of my penis. I have been researching for the past few days and scabies was the closest thing to what I believe I have.

It has been itchy slightly, but I can just ignore the itching and it goes away.

sounds like it could be scabies to me, talk to a dr immediatly before it gets worse.
