I have been havin unprotected sex , and at first i had a tingling sensation in my penis urethea but no discharge, and no pain when i urinate, had a weird smell at first but im sure it was the soap “Zest” i would use that soap and i would dry up like crazy, so i stopped using it, then the weird itch feeling went away, i then noticed my girlfriend always wears tight underwear, im pretty sure she had a yeast infection, but anyways , we had sex and then noticed these red bumps on my penis everytime were done havin sex im not sure if its all the blood pressure or somthing, but a few days later i started seeing these red bumps on my penis and in my underlying penis shaft , they dont itch at all, they dont hurt at all, it dont hurt when i pee at all, no discomfort at all but just the fact that i see them all the time now! And it freaks me out! I been using clotrimazole this antifungal cream due to the fact it might be a male yeast infection which i wish... but when i been using that cream i been able to see the red dots actually get a bit more defined and now im freaking out. Please help, again i have no symptoms what so evver just these red bumps with a white dot on top that dont bother at all but i need to know what it is!
