Hello. I been having this dizziness for a week already. It all started during class as I was under stress. At first I thought it was either I was hungry or my anxiety but since then it hasn't subside. I get when I'm laying down or sometimes when I wake up they last all day.
Dizziness of what type, is the room spinning out of control, do you feel unbalanced, are things looking tilted, do you feel like you're walkng on air? If you do then you have some type of vertigo that needs to be diagnosed by a medical professional.
If it's lightheaded dizziness it could be viral or dehydration or low blood pressure, as well as high. I had this once, went to my friend in the ER who gave me an IV of fluids, this was the cure to my dizziness. On another occasion, while in the hospital with dizziness, I sort of fainted due to low blood pressure, immediately I was given water with salt and a pitcher of water that I needed to drink.
Since you don't know what you're dealing with it would be best to seek medical attention if it continues.
Dizziness like if your drunk type. My husband believes its stress. Or my anxiety I also had headaches that went away and now have dizziness. not room spinning more like if drunk type.
If you had headaches, it could be vestibular neuritis. This only comes to mind because other people in this forum have described similar symptoms. However, I'm not a doctor. Google it to look up the symptoms and see if it matches what you're feeling. Still, it would be best to get it checked by a medical professional to get a proper diagnosis. Best of luck.
Hi - if you have constant dizziness and reading your posts you have headache it could also be vestibular migraine. You need to see a GP and see what he says but to be honest they dont know so much about dizziness. Ideally he should send you for a scan and then to see a neurologist. See your GP first and see where you go from there. I personally have Migraine associated Vertigo which is the same as you describe but it takes time and tests to get a diagnosis.
