i have white patches on my pines its about 2 month its increasing and getting bigger

and no other in my body i recently changed my sex partner if its wet the whiteness getting less

some one told me its vitiligo but i am not sure please help me

Yes, it could be something like vitiligo - however this could be a skin condition developing.
It would be best to get this checked out by a Dermatologist.
Find the largest sexual health provider in the area in which you live and at least phone them and ask if you can get this checked out
