Had unprotected oral sex and this has appeared... I'm unsure if it is balantis or my worst fear (herpes). Any thoughts or guidance is appreciated.

How long after sex did they appear?
It showed not even 36hrs afterwards. theres no pain or itch and now they are just red spots.
Certainly some type of infection, visit a sexual health clinic if you can.
