Only have taken 2 doses of 15 mg mirtazapine. Didn’t take a dose last night. No sleep and diarreah. Do I need to taper after only 2 doses? How long can i expect the withdrawal to last.
no you won’t. it takes a few days of doses to get in your system and take effect. if it’s making you have the symptoms u say just stop it now.
why do you want to come off after 2 days bad side effects?
