Aprox. a month and a half ago i had protected intercourse with a CSW and she also put a wet wipe between our genitals. Now after a check i noticed these things. I may have had one of this before the ecounter but i am not quite sure. Do these look like hpv? One is in my shaft and the other 2 in my thights. What do you think? Thanks in advance.
They don't look like HPV, and it's unlikely that you'd pick up an STI if you were using a condom. It seems unusual to put a wet wipe there though - did she have any signs of an STI?
The only way you're going to know for sure is to get checked out. You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

Thank you very much about your prompt response. It puts my mind to ease that they dont look like HPV. Yeah putting a wet wipe around my genitals seems un common but i belive she did so to protect herself from smth like HSV. She didn't seem to have any sore or sign around her genitals. I barely did any physical contact with her because i had the condom and the wipe. Anyway as soon as I see a doctor i will update this thread.
